Don't stop eating the good stuff

Appetizer:   Sampler             $9.99
3 mozzarella sticks, 3 jalapeño poppers, 3 buffalo chicken ravioli, cheese quesadilla
 
Spicy Chicken Pasta    $15.99
          A seasoned bone in chicken breast is pan seared and finished in the oven.  Served over a bed of penne tossed with sautéed onions, peppers, sausage in a spicy crushed tomato sauce.
 
Veal & Shrimp Griffin   $17.99
          Veal and shrimp are sautéed with artichoke hearts, diced tomato, prosciutto ham, and spinach then simmered in a white wine and garlic butter sauce.  Served over your choice of pasta and garnished with parmesan cheese.
Grilled Salmon & Cranberry salad   $15.99
          Grilled salmon is placed over a mixed Green salad with sun dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. Served with a side of zinfandel vingeret.
 
 
 
Seafood Newburg Florentine   $17.99
          Shrimp, scallops, and sole are sautéed with tomatoes and spinach, simmered in a lobster Newburg sauce. Served over your choice of pasta.
